I'd preffer to have it in gtkXX way, so the SDL1.0 and SDL1.1 will be able
to coexist on the same machine. The reason for that is clear: SDL1.1 is
unstable development version, so it should be used only for those apps
(e.g. smpeg) which really need it. All others should use SDL1.0.
