Checking on that again, actually, none of the "builtin" commands that
have a "external" link to it.

Ie. echo(1) is not builtin(1).

And anyways, it is mentionned properly in nice(1) that "Some shells may
provide a builtin nice...".

Now I'll just shut up and scrap that damn csh. ;)
