Does it have a riser card? Look in a corner of the board for an Diagram # and assembly date. Also does it have a silk screen of the Predator on it? Is there any way you can get a picture scanned? I might be able to ID it for you. Just send that to me, though, not the list. I'm going to look on Compaq's website for archives of their restore utilities for you. The 520MB SCSI came with the computer lost that partition long ago because I did try Dangerously Dedicated at one or more attempts to install. At that time I was trying to use the IDE as boot device.
