Subject: does I2O make MB unusable?

I was looking at a Micronics M6DPi mohterboard that has I20 support and
was wondering if the fact that it had I2O "support" and a
"i960RP Intelligent I/O Processor" make the board unusable by FreeBSD or
does it just get ignored without drivers?

Thanks,
