I know there are, and most of them are better than most Windows telnets
(except for putty, teraterm and simpterm) but they aren't there by
default so it's not just a one-click which is asking too much from a lot
of people.

Though I can't see anything particularly wrong with http access that
would be solved by telnet access :)
