What this means is that you will find the newly built binary in the
same directory as the sources (/usr/src/sys/boot/i386/boot2). I think
the warning is because if it is built (in fact anything in /usr/src is
built) as part of a make world the obj dir is under /usr/obj.

As to installing the boot blocks, I don't know, never had to do it.
You'll need to post the question to -questions (which is why I kept
re-adding -questions to the Cc: - because now I can't help you so
someone else will have to).
