The pamphlet might not have been updated.  Fips 1.5c apparently does
FAT32, and another free app, Presizer, also can shrink and grow FAT32
partitions.  I don't know if the newest versions are on the CD or not,
so be safe and download fips15c.tar.gz or presizer.exe from
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/tools .
