I did ``nslookup'' both ways 8 times. I was able to get the IP addresses. 
There is no problem with the name server. For example, the exact rersult I got
is like this:

 telnet 128.2.206.187
Trying 128.2.206.187...
Connected to MODERN.ART.CS.CMU.EDU.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
