Nevertheless, I think it's a quite nasty bug, especially if it can be trigg=
ered
by normal usage (haven't tested, but it sounds like it can be triggered by
creating lots of temporary tables for example).=20

Disabling performance_schema solved the problem for me (the backtrace shows
that the crash happens there somewhere), so maybe the package should includ=
e a
warning message about disabling performance_schema if you experience proble=
ms
with crashes?
