Subject: PATCH: conf/34729: treat smbfs as network file system in /etc/rc

I was helping someone on IRC with this problem and created my own
patch and was just about to submit it, then checked to make sure
nobody had already done the same. Well, someone already has (two
years ago!), and the patch exists in conf/34729. It works. Can
someone commit this, pretty please? The patch does not change the
fstab manual page, however, which probably should be updated to
reflect that SMBFS can be treated the same as NFS at startup.
