I believe it's in the source tree, but not in the compile path of
`make world', so it's not in the distributions, nor installed
anywhere. The m4 options remain unaltered tho, so if you have the
source tree (specifically, /usr/src/usr.sbin) installed, you can
install it yourself (in theory, never tried this myself)
