The Package is conflicting with xmlrpc-epi-0.54 which installs a file
/usr/local/include/base64.h which is found before the ports (lmms) own
base64.h file. Quick and dirty test: replace "base64.h" by
"include/base64.h".

Thats why it will never show up in the tinderbox.

Workaround: pkg_deinstall xmlrpc-epi-*

Fix: Changing the order of include statements in the buildsystem
