I had a similar report from roam.  What browser[s] failed like the 
above?  What browser worked?

For roam, Mozilla and lynx failed, but inks and IE 6 worked.  For me, 
Opera works too as does lynx (lynx-ssl-2.8.4).  roam says he's going 
to investigate this for me "Real Soon Now(tm)... just not right now".
