I have recently upgraded an old box (400mhz AMD-K6) from 4.11-RELEASE to 6.0-RELEASE, I am constantly getting watchdog timeouts on my NIC and subsequently my networking... is not working on this machine any more. I am using a 3com 3c905B-TX NIC. Please advise.
