The driver is completely cointained in "/sys/pci/ncr.c".
(There is a "ncrreg.h" file in the same directory, but 
that has not changed since March '95 ...)

Just get a new "ncr.c" and rebuild your kernel. Let me 
know, if you encounter any problems.
