You're not sending it as a problem, that's just how new stuff is
submitted.  Same goes for ports and docs as well.  It's especially
useful because it provides a way to track submissions, etc..  You can
also check on the status of your PR via the web site by going to
http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/query-pr-summary.cgi?query and putting your
name in the 'Originator' field.
