hi

I'm trying to run blastall on my freebsd box, it's a linux version of
blast, but I have the freebsd box setup with linux compatibility
everythings seems to work normally, but when trying to run blast, I get
error from kernel, it's like:

'ELF binary type "0" not known.
Abort trap'

for freebsd version info:
root:/>uname -a
FreeBSD leikur.decode.is 4.6-RC FreeBSD 4.6-RC #1: Thu Jun 13 14:35:03 GMT
2002

do you have any hints on what might be the problem and how to solve this?
is there a FreeBSD binary version available for ncbi blastall?

kveðja / regards
