ICQ clients can use Socks4 or Socks5 proxies (www.socks.nec.com), or you
can run natd on the gateway machine and set up redirect_ports for each
machine which will use ICQ.

If you want something like that, you'll have to use natd. The manpage has a
nice step-by-step on how to set it up.
