You'll need to edit the x11-servers/XFree86-4-Servers/Makefile to add this
to the list of patches.

You can get away with doing 'make configure' and then building just the
neomagic driver by hand.

This code should be in the XFree86 CVS tree already so when we get the
next X11 release it should just work.

I picked this up off a Debian mailing list web archive and cleaned it up.
