	I seem to remember IPFILTER being required for running
	a proxy server such as squid transparently, I could be
	mistaken though.
	
	If it is, why would something such as this be dumped from
	the tree -- some places need transparent proxy serving, do
	we really want to lose market share by making it confusing
	for them to set it up?
