I have 4.8-RELEASE installed on a laptop with a built-in ethernet. Is there
some clean way to get dhclient to ignore this interface if there is no
carrier?

I expect that there is not, and I will have to put something in rc.local
instead, but I thought I would ask anyway. :-)
