Uh, no. doc/handbook/ is still the master, 'live' copy of the Handbook,
and folks can commit there (including adding themselves as committers)
to their hearts content). Just don't don't also add yourselves to 
doc/en/handbook. Myself and a small group of volunteers are handling the
merging there.
