sshd runs as a stand alone daemon, it is not called from inetd, so you
won't find an entry for it in /etc/inetd.conf. As it's a port, there'll
be an "sshd.sh" startup file in /usr/local/etc/rc.d, and it's
configuration files will be in /usr/local/etc (not /etc).

You'll probably want to look at the "AllowHosts" and "DenyHosts" keywords
in sshd_config.
