Positive.  The problem is that amd64 uses a different SWT:

plugins/org.eclipse.swt.gtk.freebsd.amd64

plugins/org.eclipse.swt.gtk.freebsd.amd64/src/Eclipse SWT
PI/cairo/library/cairo.c needs to be patched as well.
