Look here: http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/2058
I have got a server with trac 10.4 out of ports. Installed www/trac-tocmacro from ports, but all i got is:
-----
Error: Macro TOC(None) failed
-1
-----

Then i tried to install by hand over http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TocMacro and it worked for me. Deleting my self installed *.egg file and reinstalling www/trac-tocmacro again, brought the error back.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install www/trac-tocmacro from ports.
>Fix:
Update the source file on both master sites should help.
