Update science/gramps to 3.4.8

The attached patch updates science/gramps:

- Update to version 3.4.8 (Latest Gtk2 version)
- Stagify and undeprecate.
- Update Berkeley DB to version 5.
- Make GNOME support optional. (Default=off)
