To answer my own question for anyone else who cares:
qt-designer turned up after I used: "make"; "make deinstall" & then "make=
=20
reinstall" the qt30 port in /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/qt30. It does mean th=
at=20
you have to download the source file.=20

Don't know why it wasn't there to begin with...
