I would guess that the ISO image is not available for such an old
release - in fact I don't think we were making them at that time. Look
for someone who has the CD, buy a copy yourself, or build your own
ISO.

No, they're not. I expect that most things would work, but things like
ps, top, possibly mount, etc, would not.

P.S. FreeBSD 4.0 and above includes the KAME IPv6 code in the base
system, so perhaps this will be a better option for you.
