It's "ftp version 6.0" - that IS the program :-) i.e. it's the ftp client which is part of FreeBSD, derived from the original BSD ftp client. It's not third-party software. I don't know if any Linux people have ported it, but I'd guess if they have it wouldn't be an up-to-date version.
