Hi,

I've got a FreeBSD-Stable machine, upgraded yesterday. When executing
"make readmes" in /usr/ports, it ends with:

===>  Creating README.html
===> x11/9term

===> x11/XFree86
===>   Creating README.html for XFree86-3.3.6_9
===> x11/XFree86-4

*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/x11/XFree86-4.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/x11/XFree86-4.
