I have a slightly off-topic question: How can I approximate max number of simultaneous dial-up connections a server will support? I understand it depends on 1001 things including router, memory, etc, but are there any quidelines to ballpark this? Or may be you have experience. How increasing memory affects the number? Say I go from 128 Mb to 256 Mb, will I be able to double number of connections? What is the most critical part?
