modlogan (http://www.kneschke.de/projekte/modlogan/) has an output module that looks just like webalizer, but modlogan has many different plugins for input. It can do extended log format, common log format, squid logs, wuftp logs, M$ II$ logs, siemens hicom 116, elmeg, and isdn logs. You can also write your own plugins etc etc. And its GPL'd.
