for my pcm code:

1) A/Open AW35 or other cards based on the CS4236/CS4237
1) Yamaha OPL/SA3
2) opti931

if you are really desperate, some old SB16 (NOT the newer vibra16X)
also do full duplex but with 8-bit in one direction, 16-bit in the
other one.

Cannot comment for voxware.
