If it has to run on top of W2K3 server I would suggest VMware server 2.0 which can be used for free (as in free beer). Don't expect it to deliver high performance, but it should be fine for a small duty server. Another option would be VirtualBox (free for private use) but there have been serious problems with freebsd guests in the past. bye, Uwe
