Read the advisory at www.freebsd.org/security and consider subscribing to one of the mailing list which carry advisories -- all of these crashes were likely due to someone trying to gain access to your system, and they may have succeeded. If you were on that mailing list you would have found out about this problem over a month ago and would have saved yourself the trouble of having to clean up a penetrated system (as yours may now be).
