This sounds like a very worthwhile project. I've supported a few kiosk
operations that use either some rendition of Windows or AppleMac equivalents
..... none of them has proven to be anywhere near reliable. I managed to get
Windows running off a CD (with a small hard drive for swap space) but
there's gotta be a better way !!!
