You probably want to install support for ipfirewall or ipfilter in your
kernel.  This will give you the greatest flexibility in blocking
ports/protocols/ip's.

I personally use ipfirewall.  Look at
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1/books/handbook/firewalls.html
for more information setting up a firewall/packet filter.
