Hi,

I have a few questions about the output of `top`. First off, the TIME
column...does that represent the amount of real world time that the
application has been running for ?

I am guessing it does not, because sometimes I watch `top` and it does not
increment second by second..so if it does not, what does it stand for ?

thanks!
