Hello, After installing a Compaq scsi card with Symbios 53C875J chip on it and a Exabyte 8200ST tape drive I got the following messages during booting the system: sym0: suspicious scsi data while resetting the bus sum: dp1, d15-8, dp0, d7-0, req, ack, bsy, sel, atn, msg, c/d, i/o=0*7ffffff, expecting 0*100 The scsi card is recognized by the system. sym0: <875> port 0xe000-0xe0ff mem 0xe6800000-0xe6800fff,0xe7000000-0xe70000ff irq 11 at device 10.0 on pci0 sym0: No NVRAM, ID 7, Fast-20, SE, parity checking The external tape drive (centronics 50 pins) is attached on a 68 connector on the scsi card.
