I updated the patch to be a bit cleaner.  I also fixed the sensitivity issues
many have reported.  That fix also appears to (at least partly) solve the
sticky issue.

Still to do are more motions (double-tap-hold, toss, virtual scrolling) and
proper support for guest devices.
