It's quite simple.  Submit a PR.  If the maintainer of that area doesn't
address it in sufficient time, reply to the PR stating so, and send mail
to an appropriate mailing list.

Last time you submitted PRs, they were done (except the man page one,
but that's quite complex).  Just try again.
