This is a run-on sentence and seems not entirely accurate; wouldn=92t =
IGNORE make upgrading a =93you must,=94 not a =93please consider=94?

Consider maybe
IGNORE=3D		You must first upgrade pkg(8) to version =
${MINIMAL_PKG_VERSION} or greater (you currently have ${_PKG_VERSION})

Or:		pkg(8) must be version ${MINIMAL_PKG_VERSION} or =
greater, but you have ${_PKG_VERSION}. You must upgrade pkg(8) first
