i have the alike trouble

FreeBSD 4.6.2-RELEASE
ad0: 38166MB <ST340810A> [77545/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33    #seagate U6
ad1: 76319MB <ST380021A> [155061/16/63] at ata1-master UDMA33  #Barracuda IV
Mounting root from ufs:/dev/ad0s1a

fstab:
/dev/ad1s1e             /mnt/ftp2       ufs     rw              2     2
для /dev/ad1s1e newfs args были:     -b 32768 -f 4096
softupdates on
when trying to write smth to the particular directory on /mnt/ftp2,
after a certain number of files system says:

dscheck(#ad/0x2000c):negative b_blkno -539361920
panic: ffs_vfree: range: dev = (116,131084), ino = -719099040,
fs=/mnt/ftp2

and reboots
