>Description:
Please ignore my previous bug report concerning portmaster. This seems to be a problem of the configure script of math/cantor, instead.

Package creation of math/cantor fails with the error that some R related stuff can not be found. Prior to that, the configure script does not detect R, although R is installed.

This lets one install math/cantor by ignoring the error, but it breaks installation of meta-ports like x11/kde4.
>How-To-Repeat:
# portmaster --packages-build --delete-build-only --packages-local=/usr/ports/packages math/cantor
