Have Mercury up and running with 3.12 and a FreeBSD 2.0 SMTP server.  
Sounds to me like you don't have a mail queue defined on your Novell 
server, or Mercury doesn't have the name of the queue defined 
properly.  Check SYSCON to see if you have a mail queue defined, and 
if you do then try typing "ADDQ queue-name" from a DOS prompt.  If 
you don't then create one and then do the ADDQ. Of course you'll need 
to be logged on as Supervisor to do these.
