Subject:   HowTo reassign sectors on a SCSI HD

My internet gateway/mail server is suffering from a bad sector on the HD. 
When I fsck the /usr partition I get some kernel panics and a suggestion on 
the console to reassign sector 80 to 35.

How do I do this?
