Subject:   Vinum in 2.2-stable, but broken?

I noticed that vinum was introduced into 2.2.8 within the past week or so,
but it isn't compiled in a 'make world', and it doesn't compile directly.
Is is safe to assume that this made in into 2.2-stable by accident?  If so,
it should probably be removed by someone with that ability.
