Red herrings ... I wonder how they taste : - ) I suppose this means I should not worry to much about them. Yesterday evening (or early this morning...) I compiled again. This time it a little further, but it stopped. However this time it stopped with an error message, which is underneath. Hopefully that helps. I used this command: " make buildworld > make.out 2>&1 " The error messages are form the make.out. Thsis time the make.out is 5,8MB, last time it was 1,2MB so it was a petty to have it crash... It took about 3 hours, and I was under the impression that this time it finally worked : - ( The machine was idle after this, PS does not work, I tried to recompile but that didnot work either....
