I have never seen such behavio(u)r before. I have been cvsupping cats=20
and dogs, ahem, a variety of collections :-)

BTW, I compiled cvsup WITH the megasuperbloatawesomelibraries. Out of=20
curiosity, may I ask what your (src-all) checkouts file contains ?
