Or > does USR not work with the CallerID stuff? It depends on the modem. The CallerID signal is a pulse train impressed on the line between rings. Your modem needs to have the hardware hooks to see this (many modems are isolated from the line with a mechanical relay until they go off hook and the only thing that's always on line is the ring detector). --don
